I recently purchased the 1150 Pro Series and have done a number of cooks on it at variant temps. I use multiple independent temp probes to monitor the internal temp and it varies 100 degrees from the left side of the grill to the right side when set at 350-400. At lower temps the variance from side to side was 50-75. I emailed customer service and they indicated there would be a variance due to the fan blowing left to right but that is way too inconsistent. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For a lot of us on this grill we're fighting that we can't get any temps below 300 to stay. I can't cook anything below that right now. Said they know it's a problem and trying to fix it. Offered for me to return it back to Lowes which I'm dreading as I've already cooked a lot on it in 2 weeks.

In the same boat. Would be a grate (pun intended) grill if they could get that low and slow portion nailed down
