Brand new Lowe’s 1600 E. Have yet to get it working. Constant Err error. The auger motor, dashboard have been replaced. Auger will rotate for like 30 seconds and then stop. No jam and even primed by putting pellets in cup, but still errors out. What could be the issue or can I try.

First check all of your connections
Sounds like the igniter
Unplug it for 30 minutes then plug it back in
Sometimes that’ll clear the code
