I have a pb 820 I plan to move on to the 1600 pro but every one I look at in tne store the door is not working right. Have any other 1600 pro owners had a problem with the door

I have the 1600 pro. The door works fine. The gasket was damaged when I got it but Pit Boss replaced it. The screws are probably loose.
