3 series water pan

Smoked a Turkey this past Thanksgiving ,turned out great. The collection in the water pan was totally burned . I had two layers of foil to help protect it. The burn residue was impossible to get off. I used a pneumatic needle gun and still couldn't get it clean. I have tried to find a replacement water pan on line . Can't locate one anywhere , Pit Boss does not list one. I would like to have a spare since they are hard to clean.

Also helps to add water ever so often. I never have a problem getting mine clean. Sometimes I add foil, sometimes I do not. A paint scraper works well too.
