700 classic won't light after ignitor replacement

Hi All, I am new to the forum here. I have an approx. 8 yr old 700 classic. It has been flawless until recently it wouldn't light. Auger and fan both working so I assumed it must've been a bad ignitor. So I ordered a replacement from Amazon and it still won't light. The ignitor gets hot but I can still touch it with my finger so I assume its not getting hot enough. Would it be a thermostat or control board issue? Thx

Welcome from Texas to the group!!
I’d check connections on both.
At one point they were having issues with the controllers.
Would be worth calling PitBoss support as well

Thanks All, I will give pitboss a call. Being so old I doubt they can do anything but fingers crossed
