820PS1 temperature

I've owned my PB for over 4 years and haven't had any issues with temperature until I changed the control board. The original control board had some burned-out portions of the display, so I changed it out. Is there a learning process with the new board? I've cooked on it 3x now and it hasn't gotten any better. The variation is 75-100 degrees colder than the control board states.

I checked connections, cleaned probes, and verified temp with a different thermometer. Any ideas?
