I'm not even sure where to start. I've had my PB (Mahogany 820D3) for about 3 years. About 6 months ago, the set temp on the screen quit matching the temp on the knob. No biggie, I just ignored it and adjusted the knob according to the manual thermometer. Then, the set temp on the screen started jumping around from one temp to another.
Recently, I noticed the "dots" on the screen were on for a while, like way after the temp reached 110. So the temp was going up like it should but the igniter wouldn't cut off. The grill ended up flaring up the last few times I used it.
I'm not sure if it's a temperature control problem or the igniter, or neither.
I would be so grateful for any ideas, help, or advice!!!
