My wife bought me an early birthday present, the PB 1150 PS3. This is my first ever electric smoker, it’s my replacement for the rusted out Char Griller 50/50 I just scrapped. Currently putting it together, I’m attempting to seal the lid and any openings inside the unit. Looking forward to trying this out!
