An observation on PB issues

I've observed quite a few posts on issues with controllers, connectivity and and the App. I don't use the PB remote stuff, but it seems to me that PB is releasing their gizmos without proper beta testing or very poor QC.

Pit Boss tells China to make them as cheap as possible so they can rake in higher profits, China can produce some high-quality world-class products.

For as many problems as people are having connecting their grill to both bluetooth and wifi, I'm beginning to think Pit Boss/China, went cheap or even faulty bluetooth/wifi antenna in their control boards. For one thing, most everybody says they no problem connecting any of their other devices to their bluetooth/wifi, except for their Pit Boss grill.
