My girlfriend got me a new toy, it's a Grill Dome kamado style grill. Temps hold extremely well. It's 1.5 inch ceramic. Cooks and smokes great. My Buddy brought me the eyes to put on it. It now looks like one of the yellow birds from the game/movie Angry Birds........lol
