app not conecting to grill

i been talking to pitt boss custermer for the last 3 weeks no answers open my app blue tooth says connected and then comes to updated my grill and then grill drops and not connected i have look at other people and same problems i think the have a big big issue with grill and app never will buy another boss never pile o junk 500.00 out the window

Fire up the grill the old fashiond way and enjoy it. Life is much more fulfilling when you do things yourself rather than having some magical app do things for you....
