App will not finish loading..

I have a Legacy Connected Control Board (2nd one, first one crapped out on third smoke) And now the app takes about 5 minuts to load, and now stuck on checking firmware. I am about done with Pit Boss products. I got this control board so i could use the app. Any suggestions? I really think Pit Boss needs to stop spending money on NASCAR Team Sponsorships and Fix their products so they work consistently.

Good luck on your next purchase. All have the same problem, no matter the cost....

Same goes for the built in temp probes.....

Lately it seems the app will work IF its not a holiday...the last update the did they said the app will run faster but whatever servers they are using on the backend just cant handle the holiday load....pretty sad...my app worked fine early in the morning...but once 9/10am rolled around it stopped loading all together.
