Has anyone been able to contact anyone at the PitBoss company website chat or phone for the last several days? Both PitBoss and the parent company Dansons's customer service phone number's voice mail say "Our offices are closed" during normal business hours. I bought a Austin XL PB1000 XLW1 and it broke the 1st day I used it . Has anyone else had trouble contacting customer service? Thank you for any feedback
