Are The PitBoss and the Dansons Customer service Offices Permanently closed?

Has anyone been able to contact anyone at the PitBoss company website chat or phone for the last several days? Both PitBoss and the parent company Dansons's customer service phone number's voice mail say "Our offices are closed" during normal business hours. I bought a Austin XL PB1000 XLW1 and it broke the 1st day I used it :(. Has anyone else had trouble contacting customer service? Thank you for any feedback

I called today with a question. I got a due to high call volume leave your number message. I left my number and got a call back in about 2 hours.

That high call volume stuff is way too common for a lot of company support lines. What it really means is “we haven’t hired enough support staff so you have to wait your turn”. But yes, Pit Boss does call back in my experience too.
 
I couldn’t get anyone to answer on the customer service line yesterday but was able to get through today and order the replacement parts I needed so they are open. Also the customer service guy was very helpful which was a pleasant surprise.
