Auger doesn't seem to be working....

Hey all. New to the Forum. I have a Pit Boss 820 Deluxe. Almost 3 years old. No problems before now. When I started up today, the auger sounds like it is starting for a second and then it stops. This happens every time I retry. I unplugged and tried again. I cleaned out the burn pot and it doesn't seem like there are any obstructions.

Thoughts on how to fix the issue?
