The auger fan is only on when the auger runs

I have a Lexington also and the auger fan only turns when the auger does. Welcome aboard.

I've been waiting for a new fan from PB since May 17th. I bought my PB Series 6 Elite back on March 22, and it still doesn't work. First I was told the ingniter needed replacing, and now it's the fan. They say the fan should always be running once the smoker is programed on to cook.

Thank God my Traeger Ironwood XL works like a champ! Pitifable Boss needs to get it together.
