Almost had to scrap a few shoulders last night because I lost temp. I ended up using my oven because it was late and the shoulders were already room temp
Fast forward to this morning. I took it apart, removed the pellets, too the hopped off and was checking the sighed out thinking it was clogged. There was some pellets in it but nothing that would indicate a clog. I removed the auger motor and took the auger out. It moved like it should have as far as I can tell. So I put it back together and tossed a couple handfuls of pellets in. Moved about a half of a turn and stopped again. Forced it around on the cup side and it went around kind of slow and stopped in the same place. Do the auger motors loose power when they get some years on? I’ve had and used this for 5-6 years now and it’s the first problem I’ve ever had.
it’s an 820. Like I said, it owes me nothing.
