Auger Motor

I have a question about my auger motor, My auger was not turning so i took the hopper of and was able to clean and remove and reinstall , when i put the motor back on it was very loose is this normal'

My 820 is loose. It’s that way to break up large pellets

My 1150 is the same way I thought something was broke when I first seen it. Seems like a cheesy way to do it to me.
