Auger not turning

Hey guys need help. I’m using my sons grill and it’s having an issue. To start with he had left the cover off an his pellets got wet. We cleaned it completely out the Auger was acting up an caused it to blow the fuse. I replaced it and put it all back together and tested it. It went to working with no issues then 1hr into the smoke you heard a loud pop an the auger quit. What could be the issue. The Model in question is the PBV4PS2…

Might have wiped out the motor and taken out the control board. I'd call customer support 877 303 3134 option 2.

Hi Guys, after cleaning did the auger turn freely? I have one that popped the shear pin. Shear pin in mine was a undersized cotter key. I spin the auger motor cooling fan after cleaning, this would tell if auger is turning freely.
