Auger problem

I have a problem with the auger, been this way since I bought it from a farm and fleet, did exactly what the instructions said to prime the unit, but after about 20 to 30 mins the auger works it way out backwards, have not been able to use it since I bought it, had it for a couple of years so warranty has expired, what to do?

You have a five year warranty. Call them and they’ll make it right.

Sounds like maybe the motor mount has come loose??? There are UBoob videos that might help.
Thanks for the help, I did get to work, I finally got to smoke some ribs, the first time I was able to use it since I bought it 2 yrs ago, they turned out great, gonna enjoy doing alot more this summer, even going to try smoking a turkey, it ought to be great, Happy smoking everyone.
