Auger running continuously. No fire

My Pro Series 1100 is just over a week old. I was drying jerky today and noticed temp dropping. Opened it and there was no fire. Auger was running continuously. Fire box was full to the brim but no fire. Took it apart. Vacuumed it out. Tried to start it. Same thing...auger running continuously with no ignition. Any ideas?

It look likes you igniter went out. Call PB and open a case so they can send you a replacement.
