2-8# butts from Walmart, cheap ones. Used Applewood seasoning and they turned out great! Both finished up close to the same time. 12 hours @ 250-275 At 165 internal temp wrapped in foil and put back on until they hit 203 Degrees. I also spritzed them every 3 hours before the wrap with apple juice, apple cider and water mixed together.
 
LOL, Sorry it's already been shredded pork-pull sand's.
The same thing happened when I did a pork butt. The only pic I got of the shreds was the last lb. on a paper plate, everything else was devoured.

Was so good I want to do another the weekend after next.

Looked really good in your pic, though.
