Brand new Austin XL auger will not stop feeding. Temp soars.

Brand new Austin XL temp soars during smoke mode. The auger will not stop feeding. After digging in a bit on some of these forums i found that my wire going to auger and wire going to fan are backwards. Would do a simple swap but they werm to have been glued to back on control panel. What should i do to sawp the. Back?

you cannot unplug them and plug them into the correct socket.
