Thank you thank you Northern Arizona. My neighbors from Texas. It's obviously false the saying everything's bigger in Texas lol. Anyways God simple engineering on these smokers would be awesome. In other words it says temp but to the immediate left is the time and then where it says time to the immediate left it says temp that's just common sense it ought to be from left to right time is right next to it and temp is right next to temp it's freaking ridiculous I got her working I got my tri-tip on at 200 for 3 hours 4 lb try to.
