I just put on a 20lb(maybe 17 after I trimmed it) brisket on. It's going to run at 225 or so until it's done. Then will rest in my masterbuilt electric until we eat tomorrow night. I'm running the bear mountain hickory oak blend for pellets.

Thanks for the updates. Boat to contain juices? If so, why no completely wrap?
Also what was the internal temp at 12?
I saw somewhere that the the foil boat helps tenderize like wrapping does but also maintains the bark. It did both of those things. At the 12 hour mark it was around 170 internal.
