Brown sugar question

So I’m trying to watch sugar and carbs and I have tried things like swerve for the brown sugar part but it crust up way to much I like true brown sugar does anyone have any good ideas to watch my sugar but get a little sweet going on like maybe another low carb low cal brown sugar substitute

Sugar is addictive, especially white processed. I use turbinado sugar in my rubs. Sometimes I grind it to match size of other seasonings.
I try to watch carbs too. So I like Texas methods! Avoid the sugars and embrace the smoke and seasonings. Dry rub ribs is a good way to limit sugar... moderation.
