Connectivity issues

so I’ve had my pit boss navigator 850 since early December. I’ve had zero issues until today with the wifi Bluetooth. In the middle of a cook today it loss connection and has refused to come back up. It’s showing connected but when I click into my grill it shows no information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Wish we could help, but not sure where to start. Restart phone, unplug grill and restart, uninstall the app and start over, etc. - just the normal IT stuff.

I had a dropped connection during one of my cooks, but it came back after 10 minutes. Can't remember what I tried other than just restarting the app.
