Controll panel displaying nothing

I recently purchased a Pit Boss 850G Navigator Grill. Today is my 3rd time using it and there is nothing showing on the control panel. Any suggestions?

Nothing at all? Sounds like a bad control panel. Let us know about the fuses.

I have had trouble with my Navigator in cold weather same thing. I pull it inside warm it up then it works. Once I get it started it works throughout the cook. Pit Boss customer service says it should work regardless of temperature. Doesn't make sense. My Louisiana works fine in all temperatures. Go figure.
