Have had the smoker for about 1.5 years now, been throwing the ErP code lately. Any thoughts? Thanks - John

turn the unit to off let it shut down then unplug for 2 minutes plug back in water 60 seconds or so then try to turn the unit back on it should work great unless you are having a control board issue

Got in touch with PB customer care. Guy on chat said clean my internal temp probe in the barrel, cleaned it with vinegar and warm water, per his instructions. We will see….

code came back after cleaning. Tech support told me to unplug the probe and plug back in….ran for 1/2 hr without issue, will try a longer smoke this weekend
