I have a new Series 2 electric smoker. I am used to one damper on my Backwoods Competitor at 1/4" - 3/4" open. Now with 2 on the new cooker can someone please give me some experience with adjusting these? I don't want to over-smoke the meat or spoil my neighbors with the aroma from too much hickory flavored air. I'll hang up and listen.
