Dead Pitboss 1150. Customer support ghosted

Hey ya'll, my wife and kids got me a PB 1150 for Father's day back in June 2022. It was pretty good at some things and not as good at others but we LIKED it. Enjoyed it, It had it's purpose among my WSM and Weber Kettle. It just kinda died in November. Support people answered and troubleshooted a new motherboard. Its been 6 weeks and now nobody is answering the 480 number anymore and this thing just sadly sits there. I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue? Any home brewed remedy? Customer support has ghosted, no answers to emails or phone calls.

Try 877 303 3134 option 2. It's the number I always used to talk to customer support.
