We had pork roast on kraut this week and my wife asked if I wanted her to chunk up the leftovers for a kind of pulled pork thing.
So she did that mixed it in sauce and stuck in the fridge for me to put in the oven later.
In the meanwhile I’m thinking why not smoke this, so in the upright it went for a couple hours on smoke setting with a tube tossed in for good measure. Stirred occasionally.
I turned it up to 350 and let it go until it got toasty looking.
Worked out I think.
