So after smoking chicken and pork for a few hours today, turned mt Austin XL up to 500° to grill a nice t bone steak. After 5-6 minutes the grill shut off and digital screen read err. Unplugged and turned back on. Started burning again but digital screen was not legible. See photo. About one year old used sparingly.
