I have the 2-SERIES DIGITAL VERTICAL SMOKER . It will not heat up. ive restarted it and it just sits at 45 degrees. Please Help

Sounds like the ignitor went out. Take everything out and look inside at the heating element. If it doesn't turn red it is out. I am not familiar with the Series 2 so it might have a different set up. You probably should give Pit Boss a call and leave them a call back number.

I thought I had the same problem. I figured out the dial works opposite of what you would think. Try spinning the know reverse of what your doing.
