Err code in new unit

Bought the 150PPS tabletop, fired it off first time per instructions. 1st use, unit kept throwing the Err code and turning off every 10-13 minutes. Obviously no way to smoke a turkey. Probe is not dirty as it's brand new. Any advice?

Welcome from Texas to the group!!
a err code means the temperature probe wire has a bad connection. Check all of your connections then try it again. Let me know what you find
