Err code with flashing igniter on Laredo 1000 platinum

I have the Laredo 1000 platinum. Every time I go to use this grill I get an err code with a flashing igniter on the screen. This grill is only a couple months old and only has been used a couple times. I’ve cleaned the igniter. Made sure it was all connected and tight. Also cleaned the temp sensor. Also one of my temp probes are not working. Any help would be great.You

You could have a faulty temperature sensor
I’d go back through and double check all of your connections to the controller
Plug it in to a different circuit and don’t use an extension cord
Using an extension cord will cause it to throw this code
Let me know what you find

I have had similar problem. Purchase in 2022, was happy with it for about a year, then I started getting Err code and it stops heating. I reset the power and normally dones the trick. But now it shuts down about 3 times before it settles in and works .
