Fan Malfunction on Day 1!

Pit Boss 1600 Pro PS3
Purchased, assembled myself in about 2 hours, turned on for pre-burn off check of auger, igniter, fan. Worked fine. Added pellets, turned on and got a fan malfunction error. Called/Chatted with customer service, unplugged fan wiring and plugged back together. No dice. “We’ll send you a new fan. FedEx or UPS will bring it at some point.
So, I paid $1,000 for a piece of junk and they won’t even try to get my part here in a day or two. Nice. Oh, had an Austin XL that didn’t work on day one either. But I got suckered again.
Avoid Pit Boss at all costs.

Call pitboss back and it’s a good chance they’ll replace the entire smoker 🇺🇸🇺🇸
