First full brisket

Well I broke down and did it, a full packer. 12lbs of brisket. Had this thing on for 10hrs smoker, 4 more wrapped in cooler. Less time than I was prepared for. Lexington pellet grill has been a lot of fun, and easier than easy. Tender and oh so delicious.

Thank you. Was nervous, price has come down, but still not cheap. First slice wrong direction, but still tender and tasty!

had done 3 smaller ones in past. Results were: 1. Delicious, 2. A rock, 3. Delicious. Was nervous about this one. It’s delicious as well.
