First time smokking a chuck tender roast

Got a chuck tender roast and from everything I've read I should cook it as I would if it were a regular chuck. So it's on at 250 with my usual homemade SPG with hickory pellets.

Looks good. In honor of your smoke I just pulled a chuck roast out of the freezer.

Well I was going to light up for a Christmas roast beast but there are 60mph wings beating the place since last night. May have some temp issues today.
