Glass Busted on Pro series Smoker

Hey- how do i get a new door for my pit boss? The glass shattered on thanksgiving day. It didn’t come apart but it’s no good. Ive only had my smoker for 2 years. Ty

I never understood the glass in the PB vertical smokers. I rely on my cook time and temp probes to understand what's going on in there. Besides, the glass usually gets coated over which makes it difficult to see in the thing.

I clean my glass with Windex after each use.

Someone else had their glass break a few years ago, if I remember correctly the heat deflector plate was in backwards. The little looking handle belongs at the back wall of the smoker.
