I'm very close with my brother in law, he visits here in AZ. once a year from Chicago and we go on a fishing trip to Wisconsin once a year with the other brother -in-laws. This year was a little different visit for him, I have my new PB !! while he was here I made Baby back ribs and a pulled pork on the smoker, then we went to my daughters twice, once for brisket and once for Tri Tip
her husband is a PB smoker guy (he's the one that got me hooked) well to make a long story short he ate till his buttons popped !! he said it was some of the best damn stuff he ever had !! now he wants to go home and look for a smoker !! says his dilemma is his woman does not eat much meat so it would probably be just him, I told him he doesn't need anything fancy just get something basic he can always upgrade later. He enjoyed the set it and forget it slow cook concept !!! I said just do it you wont regret it !! So I'm damn proud of myself for getting some one else hooked , It's addictive !!!!! P/S he wants to bring the smoker on the fishing trip to Wisconsin I told him sure if he pays the freight !!!!
