Having an issue with the casters.

I have an old PB1100PS1 which was given to me. I'm trying to figure out how to take off a caster. Youd think its simple as pie but in my situation, its not.
The bottom on the caster is moving and the nut is ceased.

Use a bit of Blaster or WD on the threads. It looks like you can grab the "bell" above the caster with channel locks and thread it out.

If you can’t get it off then use a saws all to cut it off. You can get new ones off Amazon

Thanks for all your help. Finally had a chance to fix it.
I love my Milwalkee grinder. I wanted to find better casters so I found some from amazon that have the same thread. Ofcourse it had to be metric. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08B1JPLZM
