Just bought a PB850SP2 and loving it aside from not being able to use bluetooth or WiFi. Support says it's the app and that I should try connecting once in a while to see if they have it fixed on the backend.
Smoked a brisket last week and it came out good. Found the grill runs a little hot so it was drier than I'd of preferred but I can compensate for that now. Looking forward to a lot of good smoked meat out of this smoker.
