Recently retired and limted knowledge of pellet smokers.I have experience of off set smokers and gas smokers.Have made modifications to the smoker.Cooked ribs yesterday and we'll pleased with results,but any tips would be gratefully received.

my tip is dont give up smoking .lol no my tip is trial is learning smoking is a learning Esperance you learn as you go what work for some may not work for you and LOW and SLOW is the way to go

I use the 3-2-1 method
And I also spray mine with apple juice

Hello,I have made the sear plate so u can adjust from outside using threaded bar and made a handle so I can adjust, Also I have made a end cover so the temp probe is measuring true temp but I think it might want adjusting will check the gap with feeler gauges,Fitted high temp seal round lid great success,Top rack I bought some magnetic hooks to hang it on round the back.Over the next few days will fit the chequered plate for my shelf using folding hinges.I Forgot I made a made a flame diffuser that can be moved from outside with a handle but I see you can alter this by putting slots on the side of it.Tommorrow I have some time so I can look at it to make adjustments I am still learning and making mistakes.
