Hello everyone i bough by 4 series pro vertical smoker on 12/27/22 i've cooked on it several times and at first though everything took longer to cook than usual. So started checking temps with new store bought over temp gauges and i have a 50 degree difference between what I set my temp to and whats in the cabinet. I know from top to bottom rack and side to side it should vary some but this much? Take today i had to set my temp to 340 to hold 275 inside the cabinet to smoke my pork butt. Thoughts?
