i hve a pb 850 used 5 times then it died. cust. serv. said i need a new prob an control board . that was 5 weeks ago. i call weekly an never receive straight answer just sorry .now they say mabye 8 more days if i believe . the frustration is high. where is this great cust. serv i here about. if P B reads someone needs to explain

I had to wait 5 months for my controller than was bad on my PBV4PS2 smoker, they were back ordered, then covid, and China at war with Trump took forever. Is the grill pass the time to bring it back to the store for a new one?

lowes gave 30 day return .but it had passed

I thought Lowe's had a 90 day return policy.

I'm thinking it's 90 days for a return at Lowes. if that's the case , load it up and return it.
