I have a pit boss electric that does not get to temp

When I turn it on and set the temp, it starts to heat up and gets to about 100 and "set" pops up again. I can set temp again and it starts heating but it never gets above 100. it just kicks off again. I also have a 3 series that needed the temp probe and after I replaced it and it worked fine....not sure if this needs the same thing but would like to know how to fix it.

There have been a lot of times where new grills needed parts sent out to them. I suggest you call support as early in the morning as you can, and leave them your number for a call back.
