I plug it in, controller reads 126 and the power button doesn't work

Hello everyone, first post here.....

As the Title says, I'll plug in my 1150PS2 and the controller display will read 126 (maybe I26) for a second or two, then it looks normal with the power button. Only when I press the power button, nothing happens. I have a feeling I need a new controller, but am curious if anyone has had this problem.

Google has provided zero results.

L 26 is probably the control board number. Did you just hit the start button quick and firmly but not holding it in?
Alway can call customer support 877 303 3134 option 2.

Yes, I held it down for a while. No luck. Going to call support.

On my Pit Boss vertical had the issue where I couldn't shut it off at the controller, only on the app. Called support and they quickly shipped me out a new controller. Now just waiting for it to warm up a bit and I'll put it in.
