induction fan and igniter not working

Hey everyone. I have a pitboss pro series smoker. My induction fan and igniter wasn't working, so I replaced them both. That didn't solve the problem. Any other ares I should check? Thanks in advance

The return counter where you bought it. Seems to be a lot of problems that Pitt Boss wants to use "Shade Tree" fixes on. My product has been unreliable thus far. I can't continue to waste $ on expensive beef with a product that doesn't work as described.
