IT not working

IT is no longer with Pitboss grills..Update your pittboss app and download. Mine took a few trials to cancel and retry.. Appp automatically told me to wait until the firmware was updated. Took a while thought it was my download connection im not sure it was. Its on their end..Uninstalled IT..Memorial day 2023.

What I've done is add the pellets to the burner. Set temp.. leave the grate open where you see the flames, close the lid once it reaches the temperature open the lid and close your grate. The longer you leave the lid open the longer it will take to reach the temp. Took 30 min after I closed the lid leaving it open 3min.
