KC Combo shuts off and now cant adjust temp

Hi everyone! I’ve had this KC Combo for a little over a month, I usually do long cooks on the pellet side. Recently it has started just shutting down during a cook but has always turned back on. Today I tried to turn it back on and adjust the temperature but no dice, numbers appear on the screen, everything lights up but the adjusting action of the knob is futile. I gave up sitting on hold with customer service. any ideas?

Leave customer service a call back number they usually call within a few hours unless it is late in the day

I’m having the same issue. Did you ever figure out the problem?
